These terms cover your use of the CPG Owners portal, run by Crystal Property Group (Pvt) Ltd (“CPG”, “we”) for owners of units at Crystal Sands and The SIX. By signing in you agree to them.

Who can use the portal

The portal is for unit owners and people CPG has given access. Keep your sign-in details to yourself, and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used them. Do not try to reach information about other owners or units, or interfere with how the portal works.

The figures you see

Earnings, balances and reservations come from CPG’s accounting and property management systems and are usually updated every night, so recent activity may take a day to appear. They are provided for your information. If they ever differ from your owner statements or your agreement with CPG, the statement and agreement apply. Please tell us if something looks wrong.

Booking your own stays

Stays you book through the portal depend on availability and on the terms of your ownership or management agreement with CPG.

Availability

We aim to keep the portal running at all times but cannot promise it will never be unavailable or free of errors. We may update, suspend or close the portal, and we may suspend access that is misused.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, CPG is not liable for losses arising from using the portal or relying on figures shown in it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or changes your agreement with CPG.

How we handle personal information is explained in our privacy policy.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka.
